I found an article on kundalini yoga for post tramatic stress vetrins, And how well it worked. I found a class in my town and went to one class. It was like magic, I felt greatly empowered, and just I haveof positive energy . The kicker....the teacher moved to so-cal. Now I'm in Bakersfield and am set to call for my first class. It has been 55 years of suffering,trying church, doctors, martisl arts,weight-lifting, self-help books, and physc-hospitols .Still my hopes are high, I would like to be the one who beats this monster and lived to share the success with others..D...

Swami Vivekenanda was acutally the first Yogi from India to teach in America. He shared the concluding speech at the World Parliament of Religions in 1893 in Chicago, well before Yogananda arrived here.

Nonetheless, I very dearly love Guru Singh.

Is there a set of mantras one should do each morning or should one concentrate on just one at a time.
Can i do the Control of mind and Guru NAnak Treasure mantra one after the other.
or can i combine two other sets.
How do you think i should begin...
Not finding a teacher really got me and i had left chanting in March.
I would like to start over again .
Kindly guide me step by step if possible.

What exercises are to be done for navel dislocation. Why is it so important for a navel to be at centre fot yoga and meditation and how is it connected to prosperity. They are many ppl whoa re suffering from navel dislocation and they are not aware of that ( innocent sufferers).
