This is the second part of the email that Pieter sent to me,
the pdfs are attached at the end of the page, right before you fall off of it.
The PDFs must be read in the order presented.

I have also converted the pdfs into wordprocessing docuements for thos of us who don't want another pdf file. I also think it will be easier to understand the process when you can switch to different documents.
