Kundalini Yoga
  • uses mantras, sound
  • mudras (hand positions)

A person can rebuild their body from
  • the inside out,

It is a scientific method, it is experiential and it works fast
  • There are 72,000 meridians on the roof of the mouth.
  • The tongue touches the roof of the mouth and causes changes.
  • Chanting a mantra brings in sound.
  • Sound is a vibration and vibration affects energy,
  • A simple mantra because of it's sacred meaning, can have a powerful vibration when pronounced and projected correctly.
  • This creates an energy that can actually have an energetic effect on your mind-waves and thus change your mind. [this is discussed in Beginning Student path section]
About Kundalini Yoga
  • For thousands of years yogis preserved and carefully guarded the knowledge of the inner and outer workings of a human being,

  • selectively passing it down verbally from Master to chosen disciple.
