I got my information from Ancient Healing Ways on "Psyche of The Golden Shield" at http://ahw.stores.yahoo.net/psyche.html

one more suggestion, I just googled PUTAA MAATAA KEE AASEES and got a lot of hits, I just don't know what you are looking for, so I'd suggest that you google both phrases and see what you get. Sat Avtar Kaur Do you find this valuable?
