Sat nam JiIs there a set of mantras one should do each morning or should one concentrate on just one at a time. Can i do the Control of mind and Guru NAnak Treasure mantra one after the other. or can i combine two other sets. How do you think i should begin... Not finding a teacher really got me and i had left chanting in March. I would like to start over again . Kindly guide me step by step if possible. Thank you Satnam 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Hi,I am sorry to be so late in answering this. I just found this message - I don't know where you live that you cannot find a teacher. There are links on this site to finding a teacher and there are free online classes here that you could take. I do not know what you mean by the Control of mind and Guru Nanak Treasure mantra, but yes you can do them one right after another. I have done up to 8 mantras per day for 40, 90 and 120 days. In Kundalini Yoga we do a morning Sadhana practice and that can be found on this site in the 'New to Kundalini Yoga' section. It explains how to do it and where to learn the pronounciation of the mantras. You can do the Sadhana morning chants and kriyas, there is even a book on it that you could get. It is hard for me to envision guiding someone who has hidden who they are or where they are from. Sat Avtar Kaur Do you find this valuable? |
