Also, you might want to look into this method which has helped a lot of people, including myself and I still use it almost every day, and vetrins.

It is a method of using the fingers, to tap on energy merdians, on the face and hands, takes 3 min. to do a round. Some memories require more than one round and some don't. You can download a free pdf file at www.emofree.com (I think they have changed the url, but it is still the same place). The file I downloaded in 2005, has an entire section on EFT being taught in a VA hospital with great success.

I have gotten rid of asthma, never get head colds, cured one in 3 min, old memoris from the past, anything and everything, I have used this method. It is wonderful. I hope you take a look at it.
